The Body Journey

The Body Journey is multi-fold. In order to move the body well, we need to fuel it with the right foods/supplements in order to keep our wonderful machine we call our bodies going. We have more vitality in our bodies than we think we do, and adding healthy, nutritional food is a great way of jump-starting the machine in order to move and feel great. 

The Body has an unique way of "speaking" to us and hinting where we need healing. I use a system in which we identify our energy centers throughout our body (also known as Chakras) and find out if there is a part of your Journey that is being affected by the Mind or the Voice. Through becoming aware and the use of techniques in Align Coaching it is easier to be kind to ourselves, feeding and moving our Body Journey in the best way.
