In order for coaching and consulting to really take effect, both sides of the coin need to happen.
On one side, the teacher/coach/provider must be all in; the present moment. Full of love and life, the leader must be there for the participant and see them as a willing individual to learn and grow.
...the other side of the coin must come to the lesson prepared and present to learn, to grow, to listen, and above all love themselves fully in order to move through the fear that is telling them they can't do this.
Without both sides being complete, the teacher cannot give and the participant cannot learn/grow. The coin/lesson will have no value.
